Procedures:
| 1 | In medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. | | 2 | Add egg product and almond extract; beat well. | | 3 | Stir in flour and ground almonds. | | 4 | Using pastry bag with ? star tip, pipe dough into 1 ? wreaths, 2" apart, on ungreased baking sheets. | | 5 | Decorate wreaths with red and green candied cherries, if desired. | | 6 | Bake at 400°F. | | 7 | For 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. | | 8 | Cool on wire racks. | | 9 | Makes 3 dozen cookies. |
