Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 2
| large | Egg Yolks | | 24
| | Marshmallows, Full Size | | 2
| large | Egg Whites, Beaten Stiff | | 1
| cup | Heavy Cream, Whipped | | 36
| | Hydrox Chocolate Cookies | | 8
| tbsp | Butter, Melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix milk, egg yolks, and marshmallows. | | 2 | Heat to custard consistency, cool. | | 3 | Add beaten egg whites and whipped cream. | | 4 | Mas cookies thoroughly and add melted butter to make crumbs. | | 5 | Place all but a couple of tbls of the crumbs on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. | | 6 | Spread custard mixture neatly over crumbs. | | 7 | Sprinkle reserved crumbs over the top. | | 8 | Chill until firm. | | 9 | Note: oreo single filling and hydrox cookies are about the same. | | 10 | If you can"t find hydrox you can substitute oreo singles for the hydrox. |
