| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. |
| 2 | Beat sugar, margarine and corn syrup until fluffy. |
| 3 | Add egg whites and extract; mix well. |
| 4 | Gradually add combined remaining ingredients; mix well. |
| 5 | Drop by ?cup measure about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. |
| 6 | Press into 3 inch circles. |
| 7 | Bake 14-16 minutes or until light golden brown. |
| 8 | Cool 1 minute; remove to aluminum foil. |
| 9 | Store tightly covered. |
