Ingredients:
1/2 lbsGround walnuts
3/4 cupSugar
3 Egg whites
2 tbspMelted butter
Procedures:
1Nut kolache filling
2with a fork, beat the egg whites until frothy.
3Add the beaten egg whites, sugar and melted butter to the ground walnuts and mix well.
4Makes approximately 10 dozen.

68 oz dried appricots 1 ?c water ?c sugar 1 tbs cornstarch
7wash apricots.
8Combine apricots and water; cook until soft, about ?hour, stirring constantly to keep from scorching.
9Stir in sugar and cornstarch and cook for one minute.
10Cool.
11Use a teaspoonful of filling for each square.
12Makes 8 dozen.

14?c apricot preserves ?c coconut ?c chopped pecans or walnuts
15mix the above ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
16poppyseed filling
172 cups milk, scalded 1 lb ground poppyseeds 1 ?c sugar
18mix together filling ingredients.
19Set aside until milk is absorbed and mixture is cooled.
