Kraft kitchens light peanut butter cookie

Ingredients:
3/4 cupKraft Light Peanut Butter
1/4 cupSoft margarine
3/4 cupPacked brown sugar
1 Egg
3/4 cupPost 100% Bran Cereal
3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspBaking soda
Procedures:
1Cream peanut butter, margarine and brown sugar until smooth.
2Blend in egg.
3Grind cereal in food processor or blender for 20-30 seconds, stir in flour and baking soda.
4Stir dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture.
5Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
6Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten slightly with a fork.
7Bake at 375f for 9 minutes.
8Cool on wire rack.
9Makes 30 cookies.
