Ingredients:
| 3/4
| cup | Kraft Light Peanut Butter | | 1/4
| cup | Soft margarine | | 3/4
| cup | Packed brown sugar | | 1
| | Egg | | 3/4
| cup | Post 100% Bran Cereal | | 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream peanut butter, margarine and brown sugar until smooth. | | 2 | Blend in egg. | | 3 | Grind cereal in food processor or blender for 20-30 seconds, stir in flour and baking soda. | | 4 | Stir dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture. | | 5 | Roll dough into 1 inch balls. | | 6 | Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten slightly with a fork. | | 7 | Bake at 375f for 9 minutes. | | 8 | Cool on wire rack. | | 9 | Makes 30 cookies. | | 10 | Note: i used a food processor to make the recipe and it turned out great! carole walberg |
