Kringles cutouts (cookie dough for cutting)

Ingredients:
2/3 cupBUTTER CRISCO
3/4 cupSUGAR
1 tbspMILK
1 tspMILK
1 tspVANILLA
1 eachEGG
2 cupFLOUR
1 1/2 tspBAKING POWDER
1/4 tspSALT
Procedures:
1Cream crisco, sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl at medium speed until well blended.
2Beat in egg.
3Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.
4Add to creamed mixture slowly.
5Cover and let stand in refrigerator over night.
6Heat oven to 3750°F.
7Roll half the dough at a time to about 1/8" thick.
8Cut in desired shapes.
9Place 2" apart on baking sheet.
10Sprinkle with colored sugar if desired.
11Bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 375°F.
12Allow to cool for 1 minute, remove to cooling rack.
13Decorate with frosting when cool, if desired.
