Larry's tropical treats

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1/2 cupWhite sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tspVanilla
1 cup+ 2 T all-purpose flour
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking soda
4 ozCandied papaya, chopped
4 ozCandied mango, chopped
4 ozCandied pineapple, chopped
4 ozDried apricot, chopped
8 ozChopped Macadamia nuts
8 ozWhite chocolate chunks
Procedures:
1A taste of the tropics in every bite!
2preheat oven to 375?
3in a large bowl, cream butter.
4Gradually add brown and white sugars and beat until creamy.
5Beat in egg and vanilla.
6sift and stir in flour, salt and baking soda.
7Fold in candied fruits, nuts and white chocolate.
8drop batter by teaspoonfuls, well apart, on a greased cookie sheet.
9Bake at 375?for about 8-10 minutes.
10Remove to wire racks and let cool.
11note: if you can"t purchase all of the candied fruits, use what you have on hand-it will still be scrumptious.
12yield: 2 ?- 3 dozen.
