Laurie's lemon bars

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupFlour
2/3 cupPowdered sugar
1/2 tspSalt
3/4 cupCold butter
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cupSugar
3 tbspFlour
1/3 cupLemon juice
2 tspLemon rind -- grated
Powdered sugar -- for
Topping
Procedures:
1Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
2Cut cold butter into ? slices and cut into flour mixture.
3Mix to a fine crumb stage.
4Press evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan.
5Bake 20 minutes at 325°F.
6Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar.
7Mix well.
8Pour lemon mixture over hot crust, increase heat to 350°F, and bake another20 minutes until golden.
9Sift powdered sugar onto bars while hot.
10Cool in pan on wire rack.
11Cut into small squares and then in half to make diamond shaped bars.
12Cover and store in refrigerator, serve chilled
