Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 2/3
| cup | Powdered sugar | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 3/4
| cup | Cold butter | | 3
| | Eggs | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/3
| cup | Lemon juice | | 2
| tsp | Lemon rind -- grated | | | Powdered sugar -- for | | | Topping |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. | | 2 | Cut cold butter into ? slices and cut into flour mixture. | | 3 | Mix to a fine crumb stage. | | 4 | Press evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. | | 5 | Bake 20 minutes at 325°F. | | 6 | Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar. | | 7 | Mix well. | | 8 | Pour lemon mixture over hot crust, increase heat to 350°F, and bake another20 minutes until golden. | | 9 | Sift powdered sugar onto bars while hot. | | 10 | Cool in pan on wire rack. | | 11 | Cut into small squares and then in half to make diamond shaped bars. | | 12 | Cover and store in refrigerator, serve chilled |
