Ingredients:

| | Egg yolk | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh lemon juice | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Grated lemon rind | | | Pn Salt | | 14
| tbsp | All-purpose flour, sifted | | | Powdered sugar |

Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: cooking with bon appetit - cookies preheat oven to 375°F. | | 2 | Grease baking sheets. | | 3 | Using electric mixer, cream butter and ?cup sugar until light and fluffy. | | 4 | Mix in yolk, then lemon juice, lemon peel, and salt. | | 5 | Fold in flour. | | 6 | Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. | | 7 | Bake until edges of cookies begin to brown, about 10 minutes. | | 8 | Cool slightly on baking sheets. | | 9 | Transfer to rack. | | 10 | Dust with powdered sugar and cool. | | 11 | Store in airtight container. | | 12 | makes about 3 dozen. |
