Ingredients:

| cup | Flour, unsifted | | 1/2
| cup | Confectioners sugar | | 3/4
| cup | Margarine or butter, cold | | 4
| | Eggs, slightly beaten | | 1 1/2
| cup | Sugar, granulated | | 1
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| cup | Lemon juice from concentrate | | 3/4
| cup | Coconut, flaked |

Procedures:
| 1 | In medium bowl, combine flour and confectioners" sugar, cut in margarine until crumbly. | | 2 | In large bowl, mix eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. | | 3 | Pour over crust; top with coconut. | | 4 | Bake 20 minutes or until golden. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Cut into bars. | | 7 | Store in refrigerator. |
