Ingredients:

| x | Onion or Shallot, chop fine | | 3
| oz | Butter | | 4
| slice | Sirloin or Rump Steak (thin) | | 1
| dash | Worcestershire Sauce | | 1
| dash | Brandy | | | Fresh Parsley, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | 1) fry shallots in the hot butter for 2 minutes. | | 2 | Add the thin slices of steak, cook 1 minute on either side. | | 3 | 2) lift out the meat, and put onto a hot dish. | | 4 | Add the sauce, and the brandy to the butter. | | 5 | 3) ignite if wished (and insured) and pour over the steaks. | | 6 | Garnish with chopped parsley. | | 7 | This dish requires last minute cooking |
