Ingredients:

| cup | Butter/margarine | | 2/3
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| | Egg | | 2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1
| tsp | Grated lemon peel | | 1
| cup | All purpose flour | | 1/4
| tsp | Baking powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375 degrees. | | 2 | Spray 2 cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray. | | 3 | In large bowl, with electric mixer at high, cream butter and sugar. | | 4 | Add egg, lemon juice and peel; beat until well- blended. | | 5 | In small bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. | | 6 | Stir into batter until just blended. | | 7 | Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. | | 8 | Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. | | 9 | Remove to wire racks to cool. |
