Ingredients:

| med | Extra-ripe DOLE Bananas | | 3/4
| cup | Brown sugar, packed | | 3/4
| cup | Margarine, softened | | 1
| | Egg | | 1 3/4
| cup | Quick-cooking oats | | 1 1/2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1
| tbsp | Ground cinnamon | | 1/2
| tbsp | Ground nutmeg | | 1/2
| tbsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tbsp | Salt | | 1 1/2
| cup | DOLE Raisins | | 1
| cup | DOLE Chopped Almonds | | 48
| | Wooden popsicle sticks (opt) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place bananas in blender. | | 2 | Process until pureed; sue 1 cup for recipe. | | 3 | Beat brown sugar and margarine in large bowl until light and fluffy. | | 4 | Beat in egg, then 1 cup banana. | | 5 | Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in small bowl; stir into banana mixture just until blended. | | 6 | Stir in raisins and almonds. | | 7 | Drop by 2 heaping tablespoonfuls, 2" apart, onto lightly greased cookie sheets. | | 8 | Push popsicle stick into center of each, if desired. | | 9 | Flatten tops of cookies with back of spoon. | | 10 | Bake in 350°F. | | 11 | Oven 15-18 minutes until lightly browned. | | 12 | Cool on wire racks. | | 13 | Makes 3 ?to 4 dozen cookies. |
