Procedures:
| 1 | Recipe by: chachie"s new orleans cooking preheat oven to 400 degrees. | | 2 | Crumble macaroons by hand onto 2 large cookie sheets. | | 3 | Bake in a 400 oven for 10 minutes until golden brown, tossing occasionally. | | 4 | Let cool. | | 5 | Melt ice cream to a semi-soft consistency. | | 6 | Place ice cream in a large bowl. | | 7 | Add macaroon crumbs and mix thoroughly. | | 8 | Add bourbon and mix thoroughly. | | 9 | Refreeze mixture immediately in two ?gallon containers. | | 10 | Serve frozen. |
