| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 2 | Lightly grease madeleine molds. |
| 3 | In an electric mixer, cream butter until smooth and add sugar until incorporated. |
| 4 | Add the eggs 1 at a time, then add salt, vanilla extract and orange extract. |
| 5 | Add the flour and mix until incorporated. |
| 6 | Spoon about 1 ?teaspoons batter into each mold. |
| 7 | Place in oven and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned. |
| 8 | Remove from oven and remove from the molds. |
| 9 | Let madeleines cool on a rack. |
