Procedures:
| 1 | In very large bowl, combine butter, salt and baking powder; blend well. | | 2 | (lightly spoon flour into meassuring cup; level off. | | 3 | Do not scoop or sift flour). | | 4 | Add flour to butter mixture; blend until fine crumbs form, scraping bowl often. | | 5 | Use in following cookie recipes. | | 6 | Measure by dipping cup into mix; level off. | | 7 | Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to 4 weeks. | | 8 | Makes 8 cups of mix. |
