Ingredients:

| tsp | Baking soda | | 1
| cup | White sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Light brown sugar | | 1
| cup | Salted butter, softened | | 2
| large | Eggs | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla | | 2
| tbsp | Sweetened condensed milk | | 1
| pack | Semi-sweet chocolate chips | | | -- (12 oz./2 cups) |

Procedures:
