| 1 | Combine flour, ?c sugar and butter in bowl. |

| 5 | Combine 2/3 c sugar and syrup in small saucepan. |
| 6 | Simmer 5 minutes. |
| 7 | Pour over beaten eggs, stirring constantly. |
| 8 | Stir in remaining ingredients, except nuts. |
| 9 | Pour mix over baked crust. |
| 10 | Sprinkle with nuts and bake at 350?for 20 - 25 minutes. |
| 11 | Cool in pan and cut in bars. |
