Ingredients:

| pack | Brownie mix | | 10 1/2
| oz | Miniature marshmallows | | 1 1/2
| cup | Semi sweet chocolate chips | | 1
| cup | Creamy peanut butter | | 1
| tbsp | Margerine | | 1 1/2
| cup | Rice cereal |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven 350. | | 2 | Grease 9x13 pan. | | 3 | Prepare and bake brownies according to package directions. | | 4 | Remove from oven. | | 5 | Sprinkle marshmallows on hot brownies. | | 6 | Return to oven for about 3 mins. | | 7 | Place choc chips, peanut butter and margarine in medium saucepan. | | 8 | Cook on low, stirring constantly until chips are melted. | | 9 | Add rice cereal, mix well. | | 10 | Spread over marshmallow layer. | | 11 | refrigerate til well chilled. | | 12 | Cut into bars |
