Marvelous macaroons

Ingredients:
1 canDOLE Crushed Pineapple in
-juice (8 oz)
1 canSweetened condensed milk
1 packFlaked coconut (7 oz)
1/2 cupDOLE Chopped Almonds
-toasted
1/2 cupMargarine, melted
1 Grated peel from DOLE Lemon
1/4 tbspAlmond extract
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 tbspBaking powder
Procedures:
1Drain pineapple well.
2Reserve juice for beverage.
3Combine drained pineapple, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, almonds, margarine, 1 teaspoon lemon peel and almond extract in large bowl; mix well.
4Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl.
5Beat into pineapple mixture until blended.
6Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls, 1" apart, onto greased cookie sheets.
7Bake in 350°F.
8Oven 13-15 minutes.
9Cool on wire racks.
10Store in refrigerator.
11Makes 3 ?dozen cookies.
