Procedures:
1Prepare the recipe for kisses.
2Shape with a spoon or a pastry tube.
3Bake as kisses.
4When baked, remove top and soft portion.
5Place shells in oven to dry.
6Remove from oven.
7Cool.
8Fill with sweetened whipped cream, or with a combination of diced, sweetened fruit and sweetened cream.
9If desired, the meringue for the individual shells may be tinted with any food coloring and the shell baked in the usual manner.
