Ingredients:
Bar
1 1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
1/2 cupButter
1 1/2 tspVanilla
2 largeEggs
1 3/4 cupFlour
2 tspBaking powder
1 dashSalt
2 ozUnsweetened baking c
-hocolate -- melted and cool
Filling
1 canCaramel pecan frosting
-ready to spread
Topping
1 cupSugar
5 tbspButter
1/3 cupMilk
6 ozSemisweet chocolate chips
Procedures:
1Recipe by: chocolate lovers ii, pillsbury heat oven to 350 deg.
2Grease 13x9 inch pan.
3In large bowl, cream brown sugar and ?cup butter.
4Blend in vanilla and eggs; mix well.
5Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
6Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
7Divide dough into 2 parts; stir chocolate into half of dough.
8drop each dough by large tablespoonfuls randomly into prepared pan; spread evenly.
9Bake at 350 °F for 17 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
10Cool.
11Spread filling over bars.
12Freeze bars for about 30 minutes.
13in small saucepan combine sugar, 5 tablespoons butter and milk.
14Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
15Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
16Pour topping over bars.
17Refrigerate about 30 minutes; cut into bars.
18Store in refrigerator.
