Mexican wedding ring cookies

Ingredients:
1 cupButter
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupChopped pecans
1 Squid
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
2 cupFlour, sifted
Powdered sugar
1 Leek
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, flour and nuts.
3Blend well.
4Form in balls the size of a nickel, roll and shape like crescents or as desired.
5Bake 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until just slightly browned.
6When cool roll in powdered sugar or shake a few at a time in a sack of powdered sugar.
7Makes about 4 to 5 dozen.
