| 1 | Crust. |
| 2 | Preheat oven to 350°F. |
| 3 | Mix together the flour, ?cup sugar and ?cup butter until crumbly. |

| 12 | Remove from heate and stir in vanilla. |

| 15 | Melt chocolate chips and spread over the caramel layer. |
