Mini chip cheesecake cookies

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cupGraham Cracker Crumbs
1/3 cupSugar
1/4 cupUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 cupButter
2 cupSemisweet chocolate mini
Chips
3 packCream Cheese, softened (8 oz
Each)
1 canSweetened condensed milk
(14 oz can)
3 Eggs
2 tspVanilla Extract
Procedures:
1Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cocoa powder and butter until well blended.
2Press even amounts of the mixture onto the bottoms of lightly buttered mini muffin tins.
3Melt one cup of the chips and set aside to cool.
4In a mixer, beat the cheese until fluffy.
5Gradually beat in the condensed milk and melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
6Add the eggs and vanilla and mix in thoroughly.
7Spoon the batter into the prepared cups.
8Top with remaining chips.
9Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes or until set.
10Let cool and refrigerate.
