Ingredients:

| cup | SUGAR | | 1 1/3
| cup | BROWN SUGAR | | 1 1/3
| cup | SOFTENED BUTTER | | 2 2/3
| each | EGGS | | 2
| tsp | VANILLA | | 4
| cup | FLOUR | | 1 1/3
| tsp | SALT | | 1 1/3
| tsp | BAKING SODA | | 16
| oz | M & M'S |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla in mixer bowl. | | 2 | Blend for 2 minutes. | | 3 | Sift flour, salt and baking soda together. | | 4 | Add to butter mixture and mix on speed 2 for 30 seconds. | | 5 | Stir in chocolate chips by hand. | | 6 | Drop on baking sheets, by tablespoonfuls, about 3 inches apart. | | 7 | Bake at 350 deg f. for 8 to 10 minutes. | | 8 | Cool on baking sheet for about 1 minute. | | 9 | Remove to wire rack to finish cooling. | | 10 | Makes about 48 large cookies. |
