Ingredients:
| 1 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 10
| oz | Chocolate chips, mint flavor | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 2
| | Eggs |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 deg f. | | 2 | Grease a 9" square pan. | | 3 | In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. | | 4 | Set aside. | | 5 | In a small sauce pan, combine sugar, butter and water. | | 6 | Bring to a boil. | | 7 | Remove from heat. | | 8 | Add 1 cup chocolate chips and the vanilla extract. | | 9 | Stir until chips are melted, and mixture is smooth. | | 10 | Transfer to a large mixer bowl. | | 11 | Add eggs, beating well after each addition. | | 12 | Stir in flour mixture and remaining chips. | | 13 | Spread in prepared pan. | | 14 | Bake for 35 minutes, just until center is set. | | 15 | Cool and cut into 2 ? squares. | | 16 | Makes 16 brownies. |
