| 1 | Use a large crock pot on high temperature setting. |
| 2 | Dice onions and carrots and put in crock pot. |
| 3 | Add moose roast. |
| 4 | Slice garlic in small pieces. |
| 5 | Add water, garlic and onion soup. |
| 6 | Salt and pepper to taste. |
| 7 | Cover and cook for 4 hours. |
| 8 | Drain juice from meat into saucepan. |
| 9 | Add bouillon cubes. |
| 10 | Bring juice to boil. |
| 11 | Add cornstarch and stir until juice turns thick and clear. |
| 12 | Pour gravy (juice) back into the crock pot with the moose and carrots/onions. |
| 13 | Cook for another hour. |
| 14 | When done, slice moose in thin slices. |
| 15 | Place in center of serving platter, garnish with carrots and onions. |
| 16 | Pour a small amount of gravy over moose and serve. |
| 17 | Mashed potatoes, rice or baked potatoes are fantastic with the remaining gravy |
