| cup | Finely cut coconut | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped walnuts | | | LAYER 2: | | 1/4
| cup | Butter | | 2
| cup | Icing sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Custard powder | | 2
| tbsp | Milk | | | LAYER 3: | | 2

Procedures:
| 1 | Layer 1: heat margarine, white sugar, and cocoa in top of double boiler and stir till smooth. | | 2 | Add beaten egg and vanilla. | | 3 | Remove from heat. | | 4 | Add graham crumbs, coconut and walnuts. | | 5 | Spread mixture in pan and place in refrigerator to set. | | 6 | Layer 2: cream butter, icing sugar, custard powder, and milk. | | 7 | Spread over the first mixture and return to refrigerator to set. | | 8 | Layer 3: melt chocolate squares and butter in double boiler and spread hot and very thinly over the second layer, and refrigerate once more. | | 9 | Cut into small squares to serve! typed by: melissa mierau, martensville, sk |
