Ingredients:
FIRST LAYER
1/2 cupMargarine
1/4 cupWhite sugar
3 tbspCocoa
1 Egg, beaten
1 tspVanilla
2 cupGraham cracker crumbs
1 cupFinely cut coconut
1/2 cupChopped walnuts
LAYER 2:
1/4 cupButter
2 cupIcing sugar
2 tbspCustard powder
2 tbspMilk
LAYER 3:
2 Sq chocolate
1 tspButter
Procedures:
1Layer 1: heat margarine, white sugar, and cocoa in top of double boiler and stir till smooth.
2Add beaten egg and vanilla.
3Remove from heat.
4Add graham crumbs, coconut and walnuts.
5Spread mixture in pan and place in refrigerator to set.
6Layer 2: cream butter, icing sugar, custard powder, and milk.
7Spread over the first mixture and return to refrigerator to set.
8Layer 3: melt chocolate squares and butter in double boiler and spread hot and very thinly over the second layer, and refrigerate once more.
