Ingredients:
1 eachEgg
1 cupSugar
1 cupButter
1/2 cupAlmonds, ground
2 1/2 cupFlour
Procedures:
1Beat butter, add sugar, butter, almonds and mix well.
2Add flour.
3Mix thoroughly and press in sanbakkel tins or roll very thin, cut with cookie cutter.
4Bake in oven 10 to 15 minutes.
5Note: no temperature given.
