Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
2 tbspBaking soda
1 cupFirmly packed light brown
-sugar
3/4 cupFLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
-softened
1/4 cupEGG BEATERS 99% Real Egg
-Product
1/4 cupGRER RABBIT Light or Dark
-Molasses
1/4 cupGranulated sugar
Water
Colored sprinkles (opt)
CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR GLAZE
1 cupConfectioners' sugar
6 tbspSkim milk
Procedures:
1In small bowl, combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
2in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream brown sugar and margarine.
3Add egg product and molasses; beat until smooth.
4Stir in flour mixture.
5Cover; chill dough 1 hour.
6shape dough into 48 (1 ?) balls; roll in granulated sugar.
7Place on greased and floured baking sheets, about 2" apart.
8Lightly sprinkle dough with water.
9Bake at 350°F.
10For 18-20 minutes or until flattened.
11Remove from sheets; cool on wire racks.
12Decorate with confectioners" sugar glaze and colored sprinkles if desired.
