Ingredients:

| cup | Quick oatmeal | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1
| cup | Coconut | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1/2
| tsp | Soda dissolved in 2 T. hot | | | -water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven. | | 2 | Watch them carefully because they burn easily. | | 3 | They usually take me about 9-10 minutes. | | 4 | Remove while they still look a little gooey. | | 5 | Let them sit a minute before removing from pan. |
