| cup | Quick or Old Fashioned Oats | | | -uncooked | | 12
| oz | Pkg. Nestle Toll House | | | -Butterscotch flavored | | | -Morsels (2 cups) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 375°F. | | 2 | In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; set aside. | | 3 | In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract or orange peel until creamy. | | 4 | Gradually beat in flour mixture. | | 5 | Stir in oats and butterscotch morsels. | | 6 | Drop by measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. | | 7 | Bake 7-8 minutes for chewier cookies; 9-10 minutes for crisper cookies. | | 8 | Pan cookie variation: spread dough into greased 15?x 10?x 1" baking pan. | | 9 | Bake 18 to 22 minutes. | | 10 | Cool; cut into thirty-five 2"squares. |
