Ingredients:

| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| tbsp | Milk | | 1/2
| tsp | Vanilla or almond extract | | 1 1/4
| cup | Flour | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Baking powder |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter and add brown sugar; dissolve well. | | 2 | Add egg and vanilla. | | 3 | Beat well. | | 4 | Add milk, flour, salt,and baking powder. | | 5 | Mix and drop by teaspoons-full onto a greased cookie sheet one inch apart. | | 6 | Bake 8 minutes or until light brown at 375f. |
