| cup | Milk, sweet or sour | | 1
| tsp | Baking soda | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 6
| cup | Flour, sifted | | | Frosting: | | 1
| each | Orange, grind rind and all | | 1
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| lbs | Sugar, powdered |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drop on cookie sheet, bake in 400°F. oven. | | 2 | When entirely cooled, ice with frosting. | | 3 | Note: cream butter or shortening and sugar, combine remaining ingredients. | | 4 | For frosting, combine ingredients, mix till smooth. |
