Ingredients:

| cup | Light brown sugar* | | 3/4
| cup | Granulated sugar | | 1

| tsp | Grated orange peel | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla extract | | 1 3/4
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 2
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/3
| cup | Flaked coconut |

Procedures:
