Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Butter | | 125
| grams | Cream cheese, softened | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| | Egg, beaten | | 1
| tsp | Vanilla | | 1
| tsp | Grated orange peel | | 1
| cup | Flour | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| cup | Chocolate chips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine butter, cream cheese, sugar and egg until smooth. | | 2 | Add vanilla and orange peel; beat well. | | 3 | In separate bowl, combine flour and salt; add to creamed mixture and blend well. | | 4 | Stir in chocolate chips. | | 5 | Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. | | 6 | Bake at 350 °F for 15 minutes or until edges just begin to brown. | | 7 | Cool on rack and store in airtight cookie tin. | | 8 | Makes 3 dozen. |
