Farmhouse bar-b-que muffins

Ingredients:
1 Tube (10oz.) refrigerated
Buttermilk biscuits
1 lbsGround chuck
1/2 cupKetchup
3 tbspBrown sugar
1 tbspCider vinegar
1/2 tspChili powder
1 cupShredded cheese
Procedures:
1Seperate into 10 bisquits and flatten into 5-inch circles.
2Press each into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin cup; set aside.
3Brown the beef in a frying pan and drain well.
4In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, sugar, vinegar and chili powder, stirring to mix well.
5Add to meat and mix well.
6Divide the meat mixture among the cups, using about ?cup for each.
7Sprinkle with the cheese.
8Bake at 375 or 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
9Cool 5 minutes before removing from tin.
