Ingredients:
| 1/2
| cup | Shortening | | 1/2
| cup | Honey | | 1/2
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1
| | Egg, well-beaten | | 1/2
| cup | Peanut butter | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 2
| cup | All-purpose flour | | 1/2
| tbsp | Baking soda |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream shortening, honey and sugar together till light and fluffy. | | 2 | Add well-beaten egg. | | 3 | Add peanut butter and salt. | | 4 | Stir in flour and soda sifted together and mix well. | | 5 | Form into small balls of dough and place on greased cookie sheet. | | 6 | Press with fork. | | 7 | Bake at 350f for 8 to 10 minutes. |
