Ingredients:

| cup | Peanut Butter | | 3/4
| cup | Brown Sugar, Packed | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar, Granulated | | | 3 ea Eggs, Large | | 1/4
| cup | Milk | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla | | 1 1/2
| cup | Flour, Unbleached | | 1
| tbsp | Baking Soda | | 1/2
| tbsp | Slat | | 1
| cup | Oats, Quick-cooking Rolled | | 1
| cup | Peanuts, Chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cream together shortening, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. | | 2 | Blend in milk and vanilla. | | 3 | Thoroughly stir together flour, soda, and salt; stir into creamed mixture. | | 4 | Stir in oats and peanuts. | | 5 | Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. | | 6 | Bake at 350 °F. | | 7 | For 10 to 12 minutes. | | 8 | makes 6 dozen. |
