Ingredients:
| 3
| | Eggs, separated | | 3/4
| cup | Bailey's Irish Cream | | 1
| cup | Walnut meats, chopped | | 1/8
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| cup | Kool-Whip | | 2
| tbsp | Shaved chocolate* |

Procedures:
| 1 | *semi-sweet. | | 2 | -- beat egg yolks until lemon-colored. | | 3 | Add salt and bailey"s. | | 4 | Cook in top of double boiler until yolk mixture thickens. | | 5 | Cool. | | 6 | Beat egg whites until stiff. | | 7 | Combine egg/bailey"s mixture, egg whites, and 2/3 of the kool whip, using a folding motion. | | 8 | Fold in ?cup of the nut meats. | | 9 | Scrape into a baked pie shell. | | 10 | Cover with remaining whipped topping. | | 11 | Sprinkle with remaining nut meats and chocolate shavings. | | 12 | Freeze for 4 hours (no more than 8, though) |
