| 1 | Melt butter in skillet over med-high heat. |
| 2 | Cook steaks 5 min. per side for medium rare. |
| 3 | Remove steaks to platter or individual plates. |
| 4 | Add mustard and worcestershire to skillet. |
| 5 | Season with pepper and stir to combine. |
| 6 | Remove skillet from heat. |
| 7 | Add brandy and ignite with match. |
| 8 | When flames cease, return skillet to heat. |
| 9 | Add cream; boil until reduced to a thin sauce, about 2 min. serve sauce over steaks. |
