Filet of beef with brandy-mustard cream sauce

Ingredients:
4 Beef Tenderloin Steaks
-- 1 to 1 ? thick
SAUCE
4 tbspButter
4 tbspDijon mustard
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2 cupBrandy
1 cupWhipping cream
Procedures:
1Melt butter in skillet over med-high heat.
2Cook steaks 5 min. per side for medium rare.
3Remove steaks to platter or individual plates.
4Add mustard and worcestershire to skillet.
5Season with pepper and stir to combine.
6Remove skillet from heat.
7Add brandy and ignite with match.
8When flames cease, return skillet to heat.
9Add cream; boil until reduced to a thin sauce, about 2 min. serve sauce over steaks.
10Serving suggestion: herb roasted potatoes & peas with pearl onions.
