| lbs | Tenderloin filet | | 1/2
| cup | Olive oil | | 2
| | Garlic cloves, chopped | | 1
| | Onion, chopped | | 1
| | Green pepper, chopped | | 2
| | Potatoes, diced | | 2
| | Chorizos | | 15
| | Mushroom buttons | | 1
| tbsp | Salt | | 1
| pinch | White pepper | | 1/2
| cup | Red wine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Braise the diced tenderloin in hot olive oil. | | 2 | When meat is brown, add garlic, onion and green pepper. | | 3 | Fry potatoes in deep fat for 10 minutes or until brown. | | 4 | Add chorizos, mushrooms, salt, pepper and potatoes to meat. | | 5 | When done, add wine. | | 6 | Garnish with peas and parsley |
