Vegetable cheese soup

Ingredients:
3 cupWater
3 Cube chicken bouillon
1/2 cupChopped celery
1/4 cupChopped onion
1 cupChopped broccoli
6 cupMilk
9 tbspCornstarch
1 lbsCubed Velveeta cheese
Procedures:
1Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and bring to boil.
2Add celery, onions and broccoli, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, not mushy.
3Mix milk and cornstarch, a little at a time, and stir until all cornstarch is dissolved.
4Gradually add milk mixture to soup and stir constantly.
5Then add cheese cubes, stirring only until cheese is melted.
6Do not boil, as soup may curdle.
