Ingredients:
1 Angel food cake*
1 canSweetened Condensed Milk+
1 cupCold water
1 packVanilla pudding mix**
1 tspAlmond extract
2 cupWhipping cream, whipped
1 packFrozen sliced peaches++
Procedures:
1Directions: cut the cake into ?inch slices; arrange half the slices on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.
2In a large mixer bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the water; mix well.
3Add the pudding mix; beat well.
4Chill 5 minutes.
5Stir in the extract; fold in the whipped cream.
6Pour half the cream mixture over the cake slices; arrange half the peach slices on top.
7Repeat layering, ending with the peach slices.
8Chill 4 hours or until set.
9Cut into squares to serve.
10Refrigerate any leftovers...
11Note: garnish with a few fresh peach slices if so desired...
