FILLINGS
1 xDill Pickle Or Pickle Relish
1 xPrepared Mustard
1 xCatsup
1 xHorseradish
1 xOnion Slices OR
1 xFinely Chopped Onion
1 xTomato Slices
1 xProcess American Cheese OR
1 xCheddar Cheese Slices
PEPPY CHEESE FILLING
1/4 cupCheese, **
2 tbspMayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
1 lbsWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbspSalt
1/2 tbspMustard, Prepared
1/4 tbspPepper
OPTIONAL
1 xGreen Chiles, Canned, To Taste
1 xJalapenos, Canned, To Taste
Procedures:
1* use one or more of these fillings in your hamburgers.
2Your choice.
3** use process american or cheddar cheese.
4Mix all ingredients except the fillings.
5Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 3 ?inches in diameter.
6Top each of 6 patties with a filling, spreading to within ?inch of the edge.
7Cover with a remaining patty, sealing the edges firmly.
8Broil or grill patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
