Wonton soup

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupBok choy
1 tbspPeanut oil
6 cupVegetable stock
Salt & pepper
25 eachWontons
3 eachScallions, thinly sliced
-- on the diagonal
Procedures:
1In a soup pot, saute the bok choy in the oil for 1 minute.
2Add the stock & bring to a boil.
3Lower the heat & simmer till the bok choy is just tender, about 5 minutes.
4Season.
5In a separate pot, bring about 2 quarts of water to a boil.
6Drop the wontons into the boiling water & cook til ltender.
7Drain & add to the soup.
8Serve garnished with scallions.
