Ingredients:
1/2 medGreen pepper
-- cut into 12 squares
1 cupBoiling water
1/2 Onion, cut into 6 wedges
12 Cherry tomatoes, stemmed
1 lbsPotatoes (canned), drained
6 All-meat franks (2 oz. each)
-- cut in thirds
1/2 cupBarbecue sauce
Procedures:
1Cook green pepper squares in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2Thread vegetables and franks onto six 12-inch skewers.
3Brush with barbecue sauce.
4Broil, occasionally basting with sauce, until browned.
5Turn and repeat for the other side, about 15 minutes total cooking time.
