Ingredients:
6 ozZwieback crackers
1/3 cupSugar
1/3 cupMargarine
1 tspCinnamon
24 ozCream cheese
1 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
4 Eggs
2 tbspLemon juice
20 ozStrawberries, frozen
1/3 cupSugar
4 tbspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Crush zwieback in blender; add 1/3 c margarine, 1/3 c sugar and 1 t. cinnamon to zwieback, mix well, and press into pie dish.
2Mix together the cream cheese, 1 c sugar, vanilla eggs and lemon juice.
3Pour into pie crust.
4Bake at 325 °F for 1 hour.
5Put strawberries, 1/3 c sugar and cornstarch in sauce pan, cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
6Pour strawberry mixture over the cream cheese.
7Refrigerate.
