| 1 | In a large bowl, mix flour, ?cup confectioners sugar and zest. |
| 2 | Add yolks and butter, beat together. |
| 3 | Form dough into two balls [ ?and ?] and chill for one hour. |
| 4 | Pat large ball into a 9 inch springform pan to form crust which will come up the sides 2 inches. |
| 5 | Beat cheeses until fluffy. |
| 6 | Add 2 cups confectioners sugar, flour and salt. |
| 7 | Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. |
| 8 | Stir coffee into amaretto to dissolve. |
| 9 | Add to cheese mixture and mix well. |
| 10 | Pour mixture into prepared pan. |
| 11 | Bake in a preheated 275^ oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. |
| 12 | Towards end of baking time, roll out the remaining dough on a floured surface and cut into strips. |
| 13 | Remove cake from oven, raise oven temperature to 350 degrees. |
| 14 | Weave strips over surface of cake, cutting off excess dough. |
| 15 | Press ends of strips with a spoon against the cake"s crust. |
| 16 | Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. |
| 17 | Cool in oven with door ajar for one to two hours. |
| 18 | Refrigerate. |
| 19 | Remove sides when completely cool. |
| 20 | Dust with confectioners sugar. |
